SUPERSTRING DESIGN was founded by Sanda Kadiev, an architect and designer with over sixteen years of international experience leading high-profile projects in London and beyond.

Her vision for the studio is rooted in creating spaces that are not only functional and beautiful, but also emotionally intelligent — connecting people to their environments through thoughtful, narrative-driven design.

Before establishing SUPERSTRING DESIGN, Sanda spent over eight years as Design Director at the award-winning London studio Design Haus Liberty, leading numerous residential, hospitality and commercial projects of international recognition.

Rooted in her early years in Belgrade, where she earned her Master’s Degree in Architecture, Sanda’s design philosophy is guided by curiosity, innovation, and humility. Her work reflects a synthesis of conceptual clarity, craftsmanship, and poetic precision — hallmarks that define SUPERSTRING DESIGN’s distinct and enduring aesthetic language.

Operating across architecture, interiors, bespoke furniture, and installations, the studio works both internationally and locally across a diverse range of typologies, including residential, hospitality, commercial, and workplace projects.
Each project begins with a story. The studio approaches design as an opportunity to craft experiences rather than spaces — environments that engage the senses, respect their context, and reveal the essence of those who inhabit them. Balancing concept, craft, and collaboration, SUPERSTRING DESIGN continually explores new design languages while maintaining a clear sense of simplicity and purpose.
Guided by a holistic and design-led vision, SUPERSTRING DESIGN focuses on creating lifestyles through design — responding sensitively to context, enhancing brand identity through inventive yet economical solutions, and infusing each project with narrative and conceptual depth.
The studio’s expertise extends across construction coordination, FF&E specification, and final dressing, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to completion.
